What i did Today!

I wish you would write me a letter telling me that your world without my smile feels as if it has been clothed in an old magicians magic cape during the darkest of nights. Veggie Lasagna

Happy Monday?



Until today i can not remember EVER eating a zucchini. I am happy to tell you, i think they are the bomb like tick tock. if you ask my family how well i know my zucchini they will tell you a funny (they think its hilarious) story on how over the summer i was convinced that the zucchini were cucumbers, i thought aliens had taken over our garden. sadly i was mistaken.

The fact that you did not have to cook the noodles was blowing my grandmother mind, no lies there!




I love this apron. Confession wearing aprons makes me fell connected to my grandmothers, because both of them stayed home to take care of their family's.




A few hours later... (ok not that long, but my tummy was grumbling)
But the wait was so worth it. my mom said she thought it was better than an old Italian granny could do. ummm considering my mom and i get along about as well as Lorelai and Emily its kinda a big deal.


The Lessons i learned today.

*never skip morning coffee
*don't try to eat cereal on the way to class.
*if it says prep time 15 mins please add an hour, i am not Paula Dean, though i do love sweet tea!
*hide the cupcakes.
*that a homemade meal taste better no matter what.

Day 1

SO. today was the 1st day!
and i think it turned out AMAZING, or at least that is what my tummy has said!

Break to the i wish it was Fast.


I would love love love to show you pictures of my breakfast, but sadly i chose sleep over making de foodz so it was a cup of Joe for me! i know all of you are highly intelligent and don't need a pic of this!

Tuna and water. sick to the nast i know. ohh wait a sour patch kid! yurp that's right ONE Sour Patch Kid.


DIN 2 THE ER

was amazing to be honest, and not so humble!

I got the HAPPY Plate Award! WHAT WHAT!

so now i am off to snuggle under the covers with my puppy and read. maybe a bowl of yogurt, if i am feeling crazy!

So here is the thing....
I am going on a diet (cringe its OK i am also)

this is my please please please don't hate me face!

but get excited. i am going to try (OK the word TRY should prob be in bold) TRY to blog EVERYday, they will most likely be small. (being bad at these jokes THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!) i am sorry i just did that!

Also i got this rad sewing machine for Christmas. And i have dared my self to make (at least) one thing a month, hopefully its more than that though. All 11 of my AMAZING AMAZING readers pls hold me to this!

I will own this movie on TUESDAY! it is honestly one of my FAVORITE movies. I LOVE LOVE LOVE period pieces, and this one was amazing!
